# Current Status

## Authority

FriiDump is active at `/srv/project-frankenstein/repos/friidump.git` under
annotated tag `v0.5.3.5-pf1`.

## Validated paths

- Windows/MSVC 32-bit build helper retained;
- Linux/CMake configure, build, and `--help` smoke validated;
- exact promoted HLDS profiles support selected GC/Wii hardware;
- GDR-8050L and GDR-3120L Xbox/XGD paths are present;
- media/profile preflight, metadata, XISO, and STOP UNIT cleanup are maintained.

## Known limitation

`libfriidump/rs.c` retains an inherited right-shift-count warning. It remains
technical debt and was not silently altered during repository or documentation
work.

## Boundary

Disc images, live logs, compiled output, build directories, firmware, and
result archives remain outside Git. `friidump-handoff.md` is transition history,
not the current specification; use `README.md`, `docs/XBOX.md`, and this file.
